Did you know? Millions of families in Uganda live without access to electricity, making simple daily tasks like cooking, studying, and working at night a struggle. But thanks to the efforts of Global TLU, this is changing—one solar light at a time!
A Brighter Future for Families
This February, Global TLU launched a campaign to raise funds for 200 solar lights to bring sustainable, safe lighting to families in need. The impact of something as simple as a solar light is life-changing. It means:
Children can study after dark, improving their education
Families are safer, reducing the risk of fire from kerosene lamps
Women can work on crafts and small businesses, increasing their income
Homes are healthier, as solar lights eliminate toxic fumes from traditional fuel sources

Real Impact, Real Stories
The photos you see here capture the real difference these solar lights are making! In one image, a mother helps her child with schoolwork under the glow of a newly received solar lamp. In another, a woman holds her new solar light, her smile shining just as bright. These are the lives we’re changing together!

This February Join Us in Making a Difference
We need YOUR help to reach our goal of 200 solar lights! Every donation, big or small, brings us closer to a world where no family is left in darkness.
Together, we can light up Uganda—one home, one family, one solar light at a time!
